GSSSB MPHS Eligibility 2026:
Educational Qualification: Successfully passed a minimum 1-year Multi-Purpose Health Worker basic course, or a certificate/diploma course, from a government-recognized educational institution; OR
Passed a minimum 1-year Diploma Course in Sanitary Inspector from a government-recognized educational institution; OR
Passed a minimum 1-year Health Sanitary Inspector course from an Industrial Training Institute or another government-recognized institution;
AND
Possess basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967; AND
Possess adequate knowledge of Hindi or Gujarati, or both.
Age Limit:
Minimum 18 Years
Maximum 33 Years

2. Click on the “Online Application” tab and select “Apply” for GSSSB.
3. Find advertisement number 452/202627 for Multi-Purpose Health Supervisor (MPHS) Class 3 and click on “Apply”. Read the detailed instructions by clicking “More Details”.
4. Click “Apply Now” to proceed. Fill in “Personal Details” carefully, especially fields marked with an asterisk (*).
5. Enter your “Educational Details” accurately.
6. Read and accept the “Assurance” by selecting “Yes” and click “Save”.
7. Note down the generated “Application Number” for future reference.
8. Upload your scanned photograph (5 cm height x 3.6 cm width) and signature (2.5 cm height x 7.5 cm width) in JPG format, each not exceeding 15 KB. The photograph should have a white background and be taken within the last one year (as of the application end date).
